He is such an inspiration with his honesty, awareness, humour and openess and gift for writing. Oh, I'll miss his work so much. I sent him my graphic novel about 2 weeks ago, I so wanted to thank him for what he had done for me. And Adam, I love your drawing and you noticing the orange soda and thanks for writing about Harvey. When I first came across Harvey Pekar it hit me in a flash, I didn’t have to use my own drawings in my comics – this freed me up so much that I wrote my first full length feature, Couch Fiction.
